Scripture: Philippians 4:6-7

Do you need a little peace and quiet in your life?  If so, you are not alone.  Millions of people every day are in earnest pursuit of this elusive rest.  To fulfill this yearning, some take a long-awaited vacation, others find a serene place to relax, and others retreat to a tranquil location devoid of toxic noise.

This Sunday (3-2-25), I will be starting a two-part message, with the first entitled, “I Need a Little Peace and Quiet – Part 1” and it will center on Philippians 4:6-7.  God’s peace is different from what the world offers.  Often, we seek peace in temporary escapes or distractions, but real peace comes only through a deep relationship with Christ.  When we pray, surrender our worries, and trust in God’s plan, He provides a supernatural peace that surpasses understanding.

So, join us this Sunday as we discover the Biblical secret to obtain real peace in our life. – Pastor Dennis
